Chromatic Bolt

A colourful arrow streaks toward a target within range and bursts in a flash of coloured light. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target immediately takes 1d8 damage of the chosen type and 1d4 of that same damage type at the beginning of it's next turn. On a miss, the arrow splashes the target with colour for half as much of the initial damage and no damage at the end of its next turn.
