Azuth's Fedensor

You touch a creature that is capable of spellcasting. Thereafter, the next spell of 1st to 5th level that the creature casts does not require material components that aren't crucial to the spell (like diamonds for the raise dead spell), nor expends a spell slot. The Azuth's fedensor does not work on itself. If the next spell the creature casts is Azuth's fedensor, such a use ends both spells.

Only a cleric of Azuth may prepare and cast this spell.
