Caster can choose a target in range up to 60ft and with the formation of a fist from an open hand directed at them, they are PULLED at force within melee range 5ft and unable to make attacks against caster.
Target must make a Constitution save against spell casting DC or takes 2d6 Psychic damage on a fail and take attacks of opportunity. On a save they take no damage or attacks of opportunity ,but are still pulled within melee range of 5ft.
