Cloud of Bubbles

Choose any creature you see within range to surround them in a cloud of bubbles. They must succeed on a DEX save of 16 or higher. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d10 radiant damage and continues to receive 1d6 radiant damage until they take an action to clear the bubbles away. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and is not covered in bubbles.

When casting this spell at higher levels, add 1d10 to initial damage and add 1d6 to the success damage.
