Arc Lightning

You create a conduit of deadly lightning, which arcs out from you to exactly 2 other targets. The lightning can only arc to anyone within 60 feet of you. If only one target is available, the discharge arcs back and hits you as well.

This discharge deals 2d6 damage to each target. Reduce this damage by half if they succeed on a Dexterity save. Those who fail this save lose their bonus action until the beginning of the end of their next turn.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell as a 3rd level spell or higher, you may choose to have the lightning arc to one additional nearby creature. Arc Lightning does an additional 1d6 lightning damage for each level above 2nd, when casting it as a 3rd level spell or higher.
