Civip's Revenge

When using a single charge, you can fire a beam of ice from the Lantern. It does 1d8 cold damage. If the target is hit they must succeed in a Constitution saving throw or have their movement reduced by frost. A roll lower than an 8 will result in the target becoming stunned.
