Amplifying Charm

This spell amplifies the caster's voice to that of a booming loud speaker. Every living creature in the effects area (who is not deaf) hears the caster's voice (despite any background noise). The magic ensure's that the volume is uniform across the whole range and does not cause hearing damage.

It is cast with the spoken word "Sonorus" and lasts up to one minute or until the counter word is spoken by the caster "Quietus" (the counter-word is not amplified)

When cast at higher levels add 50ft per level to the range distance
