Avandra's curse

Your devotion to Avandra has gifted you with the power to hinder an enemy's attack. If you can see a creature within 10 feet you can mutter an incantation which will give them disadvantage to their attack roll. If you cast this spell at a higher level, the enemy gets a -5 to their roll.
