Wali's Wishes

Drawing upon the divine might of Apollo, you call forth a radiant lightning bolt from the skies to strike down your enemies and revitalize your allies. Each hostile creature in a 10-foot-radius, 60-foot-high cylinder must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw or take 5d6 lightning damage, taking half as much damage on a success. Additionally, you can choose any number of creatures in the area to instead regain hit points equal to 3d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier. This spell's healing has no effect on undead or constructs.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the healing and the damage both increase by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
