While you have concentration on being the biggest badass on the field, a creature that targets you with an Attack or Spell must first succeed on a Charisma Save against your spell save DC. Otherwise that creature becomes Frightened of you and must change targets or forego the action. Creatures that are immune to the frightened condition are also immune to the effects of this spell.
