As an action you can create a whip of water that shoves and pulls a creature to unbalance it. A creature within 30 ft. Of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d10 bludgeoning damage and is either knocked prone or pulled up to 25 feet closer to you. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage, and is neither pulled or knocked prone.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd or higher, the damage increases 1d10 for each spell level above 2nd.
