Akash's Abyssal Door

You summon a doorway next to your target within range into the Abyss, an eldritch horror of writhing tentacles reaches forth to grasp it's prey, your target must make a DEX save against your spell save DC or be restrained. The target can roll a Strength save against your spell save DC at the end of each of their turns to escape the puling tentacles. If your target fails three Strength saves they are pulled into the Abyss.

Only Wish, Divine Intervention, and Plain Shift can bring them back.

If you are in the Abyss while casting this spell your target has disadvantages on saves and if they are pulled through are sent far away within Abyss. (DM's digression)
