Charmed

You force a creature that you can see to make a constitution saving throw.  they can choose to fail this saving throw. If they fail this saving throw, they become charmed by you.  If they choose to fail this saving throw, they are not charmed by you, but still suffer the other affects of this spell. If they succeed their saving throw, they are unaffected by this spell.

you then force the creature to enter a magical contract with you. The details of the contract are decided by you. the following details of the contract are required.

  • an escape clause, or way to end the contract, if they arecharmed by you by any means, they will not wish to pursue this course of action.
  • a simple ruling of actions against the terms of the contract, neither you nor the creature that is under the influence of this spell can preform these actions.
  • a benefit given by following the contract's terms. (this can differ between you and the creature you forged the contract with)

you can end this contract using your bonus action. You can also choose to not bind the contract to you and instead bind the contract to another willing creature that you can see

breaking this contract using your own free, causes you to take 3d6 necrotic damage and ends the spell.

while this spell is active, you can use your bonus action to  command the creature that you charmed to take an action that is not against the terms of the contract. If you do this, they can repeat the save and on a success end the charmed condition on themselves.
