Uttering words of protection, a wisp of elemental energy apparates around you, or a willing creature you touch. The elemental type is determined by the biome you are currently in (forest/swamp: acid, mountains/tundra: cold, grasslands/sea: lightning, etc.) If not immediately obvious based on surroundings, the elemental type is up to DM discretion.
When damaged by a creature within 60ft., the creature under the spell's effect may use its reaction to send the wisp towards the attacking creature, dealing 4d4 damage.
The wisp sheds bright light for 10 feet, and dim light for an additional 10 feet.
The spell ends after 1 hour or after the wisp has been expended.
At higher levels: for every spell slot above 2nd the wisp does 2d4 more damage and the light extends another 5 ft.
