Bollgorgon's Mantle

 You summon the shadows of an ancient forgotten lord that frightens your foes.
Each creature in the area must succeed on a wisdom saving throw or takes 2d8 psychic damage and becomes frightened, if the creature succeed, it only takes half the damage and won't become frightened. The frightened creatures can reroll the save in the end of their turns.

 When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st.
