Amass/Remove Gravity

You target a creature or object with in range and decide to amass or remove the friction and how friction affects it, if it is a creature it must pass a wisdom save.

Amass. the target's speed is halved, if it continues to move it takes 1 fire damage. the fire damage increases by 1 for each round they move. The target has disadvantage on attack roles and dexterity saving throws.

Remove. the target must make a dexterity check to begin or stop moving. the targets speed is doubled. the target has advantage on attacks.
