Cloud of Crepitus

With a thunderous, rumbling, staccato noise, you create a 10-foot-radius cloud of greenish-yellow, sulfurous gas centered on yourself. The cloud spreads through all fabrics, and any other material if it has holes, like a knight's visor, for example, or Masked Lord's mask. The cloud lingers in the air for the duration.

Including yourself, each creature that is completely within the cloud's radius at the start of its turn is totally grossed out and spends its action that turn retching and reeling in between gales of astonished, gut-busting laughter, and they also experience the Deafened condition for the spell's duration, regardless of the cloud's dispersement. While in the cloud, the creatures, except for yourself, suffer the incapacitated. You are free to move from the cloud up to your total movement speed on your next turn, but the other affected creatures must make a Constitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC at the beginning of their next turn. On a success, they can move up to half their movement to exit the cloud, but on a failure, they remain inside the cloud, gagging and laughing about the cloud's incredible stench. Creatures with immunity to poison, that don't need to breathe, or can neither hear nor smell at the time of casting are unaffected. Creatures with tremorsense can immediately pinpoint your location.

A gust of wind (at least 5 miles per hour) disperses the cloud after 1 round.
