With a wave of your hand you turn a fire within the casters sight, making the flame burn slightly colder also making it immune to water and weather (Unable to be put out till end of spell) but also makes it blue. The flame will also do 2 less damage and food being cooked by it will take 10% longer. If casted at higher levels every level casted about 0 will add 2 hours to its burn time
