Voice Steal

You target a creature with a spellcasting ability and usurp its ability to speak for a limited period of time. The target must roll a Charisma saving throw against your Spell Save DC. On a failure, the target can not cast any spell that requires a vocal component for one minute, or until the end of their next turn. Optionally, you may replicate perfectly the voice of the target, but only so long as they are under the spell's effect.
