The victim of this spell rolls a wisdom save, if the roll is higher than 15 then they rub their eyes and nothing happens.
On a failed save the person who was had the spell cast on them will see beards on every being for 24 hours or until the spell is dispelled.
If cast at level 5 instead of just affecting one person it affects everyone within a 30ft radius of you.
If cast at level 9 it affects everyone within a 100ft radius of you.
