Accursed Arrows weigh less than standard arrows, so they only do 1d4 damage. But the subtle magic of the arrows encourages the blood to flow out of them, like a straw. Every round a Accursed Arrow is in an enemy, it does an additional 1d4 damage, so long as the creature has blood, and isn't a construct. It takes an action to pull a Accursed Arrow out of a creature, and a Con Save to successfully take the arrow out. On a Failed Save, the arrow is still in the target, and takes another 1d4 damage. On a Successful Save, the barbs do an additional 1d4 damage on extraction.
