Clap of Thunder

Electrical energy gathers in your hands. Then with a quick and sudden motion you clap your hands together creating a powerful shock wave. 

Any creature within a 50 ft cone must make a constitution saving throw. If the creature succeeds, they take half 6d6 thunder damage. If the creature fails, they take 6d6 thunder damage and are left deafened for one round.

The caster gains one 6d6 for every three levels after level three.
