Uttering an incantation, you draw on the divine fates of those around you to change the flow of battle and imbue yourself with power from your true form. You gain a spectral pair of fae-like wings, giving you a flying speed of 60 ft. until the spell's end, and gain one additional boon which you determine when casting the spell:
- You twist fate so that your allies might live. Two creatures within range of your choice gain hit points equal to 2d6 + your spellcasting ability modifier. You can heal one creature in this way each turn as an action so long as the spell remains active.
- You twist fate so that your enemies fear you. Two creatures within range of your choice that can see you make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, creatures are frightened of you and have disadvantage to attack you or your allies so long as you are within line of sight. You can force one creature to make this saving throw each turn as an action so long as this spell remains active, but only two creatures may be frightened in this manner from this spell at any given time.
- You twist fate so that your foes might better feel your rage. Make a ranged spell attack against two creatures of your choice. On a hit, creatures take 2d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier force damage and are pushed in a direction of your choice 15 ft. You can make one ranged spell attack in this way each turn as an action so long as the spell remains active.
- You twist fate so that your strange draconic power is temporarily amplified. You gain a breath weapon that you can use as an action of strange red corrosive dust that does 2d6 + your spellcasting modifier fire damage in a 15. ft. cone. This attack recharges on a d6 roll of a 5 or 6, which you roll at the end of each of your turns. In addition, when you twist fate in this way, you roll a percentile dice of d100 when you cast the spell and whenever you use the breath weapon. On a roll of 20 or lower, you go berserk, increasing your breath weapon damage to 4d6 + your spellcasting modifier but you are unable to tell friend from foe. When you twist fate in this way, your wings appear more draconic than fae.
When using a spell slot of 5th level or higher to cast this spell, the damage and healing you do increases by 1 dice for each higher level.
