Target must make a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw. If failed the target becomes confused making all attempts to perform physical actions move in the opposite direction. (Moving left moves them right. Pulling is pushing. How certain movements work is up to the GM. When cast on a player they can override its affects by saying the opposite of what they want to do. "I want to go left" when they want to go right.)
