Choose an unoccupied space within range. Choose up to three creatures within 10 feet of that point to be affected by this spell, making them feel an invisible binding around their legs. If the creature is unwilling they must make a Strength saving throw at the start of their turn. Each target can't be knocked prone or be moved outside the radius you chose.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target an additional target for each slot level above 2nd.
