Until the spell ends, you control any frozen water within range. You can choose from any of the following effects when you cast this spell. As an action on your turn, you can repeat the same effect or choose a different one.
Snowball. You create a snowball within range with a diameter of up to half a foot. You can launch the ball at a range of 20/50 feet and can add your proficiency bonus to hit. Whatever the ball hits takes 1d6 cold damage.
Snowball Variant. You can alter the shape and composition of the ball so it deals a different type of damage. For example, instead of a ball of snow dealing cold damage, a ball of ice could deal bludgeoning damage, or a shard of ice could deal piercing or slashing damage. The altered snowball must still be made of frozen water and fit within a 6-inch cube. The DM will determine the damage type.
Wall of Ice. A 15 foot long wall of ice that is 10 feet tall and 5 feet thick is erected within range. The wall cannot be altered or moved and it stays standing until it melts or shatters. The wall melts at a rate of 1 foot (height) per hour. For the ice to shatter, 30 damage must be dealt to it in a single turn.
Slush. A 10 foot area of your choice within range becomes difficult terrain.
Blizzard. An area of up to 20 feet that is within range is suddenly overcome with an icy gust of wind. Every creature within the area is pushed 5 feet in one direction and must succeed a strength saving throw (DC 10) or be knocked prone.
Freeze. Choose a creature that you can see within range. That creature must succeed a constitution saving throw or gain a level of exhaustion. If the target is resistant to cold damage, their roll is doubled, and if they’re vulnerable to cold damage then the roll is halved. The DC of the save is determined by the target’s size, as detailed below.
Gargantuan or immune to cold damage: automatic success
Huge: DC 4
Large: DC 8
Medium: DC 12
Small: DC 16
Tiny: automatic failure

Posted Nov 29, 2022extra stuff I forgot to add in:
- any “area” mentioned is meant to be a cube
- idk if this should be a 5th or 6th level spell, maybe even 7th
- this is just control water but for solid water and is meant to be more powerful
