You create three darts of magical water. Each dart hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. A dart deals 1d4 + 1 Piercing damage to its target. The darts all strike simultaneously, and you can direct them to hit one creature or several.
If a target is hit with 2 or more darts from this in 1 turn they are soaked. A soaked creature has disadvantage on saves against lightning damage of any kind such as the Lightning Bolt Spell, and if targeted by a spell that requires a roll to hit the target is will get advantage if it deals lightning damage. The creature is no longer soaked after 1 round has passed.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the spell creates one more dart for each slot level above 1st.
