You call forth a spiraling column of fire within range. The tornado is a 10ft radius, 60ft tall fiery tornado, centered on a point you choose within 60ft of you. Until the spell ends you can use your action to move the tornado 20ft in any direction.

A creature that enters the range for the first time must make a Dexterity Saving Throw or take 5d6 fire damage at the start of they’re turn. A large or smaller creature must make a strength saving throw or be restrained and continue to take 5d6 fire damage at the start of its turn. A restrained creature also moves 10ft up the tornado. A restrained creature can continue to make strength or dexterity saves until it breaks free. If the creature breaks free they are thrown 20ft in a random direction.

The tornado dissipates if you use a bonus action to end the spell or a dispel magic spell is cast targeting it. If you fail a constitution saving throw made to maintain concentration on this spell, the tornado picks up speed and moves in the straightest, most direct line to you, and is not impeded by difficult terrain or gaps in the terrain. Once it reaches you, you must make a dexterity saving throw against your own spell save DC or take the damage. On a successful saving throw, the damage is halved. In either case, the tornado dissipates once it reaches you.
