You sacrifice a portion of your life force to bolster your very own blood with magical protection until the spell ends. You take 3d6 necrotic damage, which can’t be reduced in any way, and your AC now includes your Constitution modifier while you aren't wearing armor or wielding a shield. The spell ends if the you don armor or a shield or if you dismiss the spell as an action.
