At the conclusion of the casting time, the Wizards utter the name of an object, building, monument, location (100x100 ft), creature, or person in unison. When uttered, the physical representation of it (i.e. the object, building, monument, or person), or anything living in the space (location) ceases to exist.
However, when the casting begins, the spell puts into the mind of every person on the world the exact location it is being cast. They do not know the target, only the location of the wizards. This is is a safety mechanism to ensure those with malicious intent would have trouble using it.
