Boysenberry's Bolt of Screw You!

A whirlwind of storm and lightning surrounds you and launches into the sky striking a single random target within range chosen by The DM. The creature must make a dexterity saving throw taking 3d10 lightning damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. If any spellcaster casts that spell again within 10 minutes that same target is the target once again.
