Alright kids so here is what you are gonna do... you attempt to hijack a creatures spell. If the creature is casting a spell of 5th level or lower, the spell is now under your control. If it is casting a spell of 6th level or higher, make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a success, the creature's spell is now under your control. Once under your control you can either reabsorb the spell to regain the spell slot that was used to cast it, if you do not have access to that spell level then its just the highest one ya can mmkay? Or you can target someone else with the spell! Totes up to you babes!
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the interrupted spell has no effect if its level is less than or equal to the level of the spell slot you used.
* - which you take when you see a creature within 60 feet of you casting a spell
