Arcane Portal

You create an arcane link between two unconnected doorways, allowing a creature to pass from one to another instantly.  Upon casting you touch one doorway of your choice.  Within the duration of the spell you may touch another doorway on the same plane of existence and for the remainder of the spell's duration the two doorways are connected.  When a creature passes through one of the two doorways they are transported to the location of the other.

Casting this spell on the same two doorways every day for a year makes the spell's effects permanent, until dismissed, connecting the two selected doorways indefinitely.
