As an action touch a tiny or small object to apply an invisible magic adhesive to it. A detect magic spell can find it. In the same action you can attach that object to another surface. To put arcane bond on an unwilling creature, their cloths, or equiped items make an unarmed attack. On a hit instead of doing damage you apply adhesive hand to pin them to a wall, pin their arm to their chest, attach an object to them, ect. You can dispell adhesive hand as an action (unlimited dispel range) or another creature can physically break the bond with a strength check vs your spell DC.
At 5th level can apply to medium objects. Can apply to an area and as a reaction or bonus action can make it stick. For example, applying it to a doorknob and when someone touches it as a reaction activate the adhesive.
At 10nth level can apply to large objects and strength checks against it roll with disadvantage.
