This spell creates a sphear of water around the target. As the water begins to form around the creature the water begins to fills up the lungs drowning it.
The target must make a Constitution saving throw of 13 each turn too hold his breath. The DC of the saving throw will increase by 1 with every turn that passes as the atmosphere is the water sphear increases.
The targets can hold their breath for a number of minutes equal to 1 + their Constitution Modifier. If they have a negative Constitution Modifier, they can hold their breath for 30 seconds. When a creature runs out of breath, it can survive for a number of rounds equal to its Constitution modifier (minimum of 1 round). At the start of its next turn, it drops to 0 hit points and is Unconscious, and it can’t regain hit points or be stabilized until it can breathe again.
When the target is Unconscious Shredz can use a 1 Action to freeze the sphear solid. When the sphear is frozen Shredz can use 1 Action too splinter it too dust in.
