You preach a holy/unholy prayer towards 5 creatures of your choice within range that can listen to you and speak a language, they remain compelled to listen for the duration of the casting unless disturbed.
At the end of the prayer, each creature on a 15ft radius centered on you must make a Wisdom Saving Throw against your spell save DC or feel obliged to practice, follow your system of belief and serve your deity, attend your temples or shrines weekly, though they don't feel compelled to follow any orders. This effect lasts for a week.
Creatures that already follow a different system of belief have advantage on the save, while creatures that already follow yours have disadvantage on the save. After a year of attendance they automatically fail the save.
On a successful save the creature feels less and less compelled to return to the temples or listen, after 3 consecutive saves they become immune to the spell for the next year.
For each slot above 3rd, increase the range of the spell by 15ft and the number of affected creatures by 5.
