When an attacker that you can see hits you with a Spell or Attack you can use your reaction to slow time and attempt to dodge the attack. Untill the start of your next turn you have a +5 to your AC, including the triggering attack. Every attack you successfully dodge roll a d20 on a 11 or higher you are able to move up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
