Apple Gore

You create a single apple, choose a single creature in range and they must make a Wisdom saving throw. On successful save the creature eats the apple and gains 1 health point unless they are undead or fiend. On failed save, the creature must spend its next turn trying to put the apple within its anus while taking bludgeoning damage.

This spell's damage increases by 1d12 when you reach 5th level (2d12), 11th level (3d12), and 17th level (4d12).
