Assimilate

Spend an action to absorb a creature of your choice. The target must succeed a strength check against your Spell Save Dc + your strength. Upon failing the creature is considered grappled and in full cover. You may use anything from this creature's stat block until the creature succeeds an escape check against your spell save Dc + your strength. The creature when absorbed takes 1D6 Acid damage each turn.

This spell ends when the creature dies or escapes.
