As you hold your hands with thumbs and pinkies touching and fingers spread, a thin funnel of water shoots forth from your outstretched fingertips. Each creature in a 20-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures of medium or smaller stature that failed the initial save, must make second save or be knocked down for one round.
The water douses any flames or objects on fire in the area that aren't being worn or carried. Can also wash away tracks, though it will look as though a small deluge of water ran through the area affected.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by +1hp for each level of caster, and saves are made at a -1 for each slot level above 1st.
