Is it moving? No? Is it supposed to? Yes? Boy do we still have the product for you!
As an action, you choose a creature within 30 feet of you and douse them in a special oil. The target regains hit points equal 3d10 + your spellcasting modifier. If the creature is grappled, paralyzed, petrified, restrained, stunned, or unconscious, this spell ends any and all of those conditions, and the creature is immune to these conditions as long as this spell is in effect.
Until this spell ends, the creature can take the Dash or Attack action as a bonus action, had advantage on Dexterity saves, gains resistance to non magical bludgeoning and slashing damage, and creatures have disadvantage on opportunity attacks made against them.
This spell ends after 1 minute, or if the creature takes fire damage. A creature who takes fire damage while under this effect takes 1d6 fire damage at the start of each of its turns, unless it or another creature takes an action or uses an Attack to put the flames out.
