Damage/Effect

You open a tiny, bleeding portal above your chalice, conjuring potent, bubbling red liquid that strongly resembles and has some of the properties of blood. You have only as much blood as the chalice can hold. If the chalice is spilled, the blood evaporates as it hits the floor. It can be used in a number of ways.

- The blood can be consumed by a Vampire to sate it's undying thirst for a short while. They are considered well fed until the next long rest.

- It can be used as a material in summoning rituals requiring fresh blood, as though from a sacrifice or innocent victim.

- The blood quickly coagulates and fosters improved healing of any minor wound it is applied to. A wounded creature treated with option this restores up to 1d6 hit-points, plus the caster's intelligence modifier, provided that there is enough blood to cover the injury.

- If a non-vampire, excluding a Dhampir, drinks this liquid, it must pass a Constitution saving throw (DC 13), or suffer from sickness and vomiting for 1d4 days, imposing disadvantage on all checks. Passing this check gives you temporary hit-points equal to your Constitution modifier, plus 10, until your next long rest.

* - (A drop of the caster's own blood, an ornate silver chalice and pungent incense worth at least 10GP.)
