Chain Link

As a bonus action, you can throw a band of forged metal at an enemy within a 30 ft. range and make a ranged attack, adding your spell attack modifier. Upon a successful attack, the band of forged metal transforms into a steel chain and connects you and the target. For the next minute, the target cannot move away from you - only laterally or towards you. Dismissing the chain takes 1 bonus action. Additionally, as an action, you can make a contested strength check against the linked creature to pull them closer by 10 ft. If the target is at least 1 size smaller than you, you have advantage on the strength check. If the target is 1 size larger than you, you have disadvantage on the strength check. If the target is more than 1 size larger than you, they can move around as normal and drag you along with them.
