Waking March

You and up to eight willing creatures have all of their exhaustion levels suppressed and not longer require sleep for the duration of the spell. During this time, to gain the benefits of a long rest, you can spend all 8 hours doing light activity, such as reading or keeping watch.

At the end of the duration, all creatures regain their suppressed levels of exhaustion, and gain another level of exhaustion.
