Blade of Physical Cold

A blade forms in your hand. It has a blueish tint and light blue fog seems to surrounds it. You can keep the blade as a shortsword that does 2d6 of cold damage. The blade can be stuck in the ground in front then the fog surrounds a 10-foot cube which the blade is the center, gives creatures disadvantage on ranged attacks that target through or in the cube, the fog disappears when the blade is removed from the ground. The blade can also be thrown and dispelled which releases cold air in 50-foot cube slows down any creature by 5 speed.

The caster cannot cast a second blade until the current blade is gone.
