With an incantation, you tear a gash in the fabric of space. Each creature in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range must make a Constitution saving throw. Each creature that fails its save takes 5d8 cold damage. Up to three creatures you choose within the 30-foot-radius sphere must a Constitution save or be teleported to any space in the sphere you choose. The teleported creatures are incapacitated until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, the creatures take half damage, and cannot be teleported.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th, and you can target one additional creature with the teleport effect.
