As a reaction, you create a "W', "E", "M", and "L" with your hand in front of your forehead, saying "What Ever Major Loser" as you make each of the respective symbols in the direction of a creature that you can see within 30 feet. The target must make a WIS Spell Save or take psychic damage equal to 3d6 + your spellcasting modifier.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
