Background effect

Congrats! You can now control background elements (if you were to alter it for your character, remember: there only background effects, their not supposed to do anything in combat. I mean… It can, but it shouldn't). It can:

• Create a small wind effect that is too weak to move anything 
• You can make torches glow a different color
• You create a feeling of whatever you want in the air (I guess)
• You can add faint music to any area your in
