You attempt to conjure a bubble of water around a huge or smaller creature within range. That creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or become encased in a bubble of water. The bubble moves with them as they move.
While in the bubble, they are completely submerged in water. They can’t breathe, speak, and have a resistance to all fire damage.
In addition, they have disadvantage on all attack rolls, their movement speed is reduced by 10ft, and the first time each turn they take lightning damage, they take an additional 1d8 lightning damage.
A creature can use its action to attempt a Dexterity saving throw, escaping the Bubble Prison on a success. When the creature escapes, the bubble breaks and the spell ends.
