When casting this spell choose the lightning or thunder damage type. Energy begins to manifest and radiate of you covering you and your gear. You gain +1d4 lightning or thunder damage added to your attacks and spells for the duration. In addition you gain a +5 to your movement speed. If a creature hits you with a melee attack while this spell is active, the creature takes 5 lightning or thunder damage. When the spell ends make a DC16 constitution saving throw. On a failed save 2d8 times half the spells level rounded down of lightning or thunder damage, and half as much on a success. If you are knocked to 0 hit-points or lower by this spells effect you are considered unconscious and stabalised. (If casting this spell at character level 1-3 then divide the damage by 2).
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, your movement speed increases by 5 feet, and the lightning or thunder damage increases by 1d4 and by 5 for each slot.
